Pricing

Products are priced according to the amount of stone used, the quality/type of stone, the complexity of the design and whether or not the item is lashed and/or engraved.   

Packaging

All products are packaged and posted in a sturdy lined flocked gift box or a Cotton Bag please let us know your preference when you order and inside each package you will receive your item, a business card and a meaning card.

Children's collection items are sent in Carboard Gift Pouches

Gift Wrapping also available on request no extra charge.

Dispatch

Dispatched within 2 working days.Shipping time will vary depending on shipping address & rural delivery can take an 2-3 extra days

Shipping - New Zealand

A shipping fee of $8.50 will be applied

Rural Delivery does incur an extra fee

Orders are tracked from departure to arrival

All of our Carvings are shipped via Track n Trace Only for the customer and Shane Macintosh Greenstones safety

We ship all our orders via NZ Courier Post we can only deliver to a physical address not to a PO Boxes, Motels, Hotels 

Shane Macintosh Greenstone will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery

You as the customer must inform us within 24 hours if the goods have any damage in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company & attempt to correct the issue

You agree that the proof of delivery supplied by our Freight Companies is sufficient evidence to establish that your goods have been received.

Once our carriers have deemed that your order by GPS or Physically have been delivered then Shane Macintosh Greenstone & our Freight Companies relinquish any further responsibility & no investigations will be entered in to

Shipping - Worldwide 

Shipping outside of New Zealand requires that insurance be paid for Greenstone Pendants. This is already included in your shipping payment.
