Crossover Carvings

♦️♦️♦️Weekly Featured Carving♦️♦️♦️ is the Crossover Carving below is a "loose" meaning of this intricate carving as everyone can also have their own interpretation.
For me to achieve this carving to my extremely high standard of workmanship & finishing on (not just this carving but all my carvings) this piece takes me roughly up to 20 hours of solid work from start to completion once i start i then get into my "zone" & go for it which can mean finishing my day at midnight(usually when i start to go cross eyed!)as i get so enthusiastic to see this carving evolving before me so at times it gets hard to put it down!😃

The crossover is a modern design resembling two intertwined pikopiko ferns. It symbolizes the bond between two people, connecting the lives of friends, family or loved ones. It also signifies one's own life path, with twists and turns
